General

Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). Orders are shipped from multiple regions to expedite turn around time.  Most shipments are sent FedEx (standard shipping) , FedEx SmartPost, USPS Priority unless otherwise specified. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays. 

FedEx Shipping

Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. Please note the following FedEx delivery requirements: A signature IS NOT required for residential deliveries. A signature IS required for deliveries to apartment complexes and commercial addresses (they cannot leave your package without a signature or they will become liable). If you are not available to sign and FedEx has already attempted delivery, you have a few options. You can either sign the yellow slip the driver leaves on your door telling him to leave the package at the manager’s office or with a neighbor who can sign, or you can call FedEx with your tracking # and give them authorization to deliver to another address. For FedEx shipments, please allow 3-5 business days (unless upgraded shipping options are chosen).

FedEx Smartpost® Shipping

By utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery, FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address within 2-8 business days. Please note: Shipments via FedEx SmartPost to Alaska and Hawaii will take anywhere from 14-18 business days.

Shipping Internationally

To view a map of our worldwide shipping rates click here. All International orders are shipped via FedEx (unless other arrangements have been agreed on). The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location when you place your order online. You will be able to view the cost before you submit your final order. Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments.  International Customers

Shipping to an APO Address

We do ship to military addresses via FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 14-18 business days for delivery.

Backorders

If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.
